Mexico-born, Switzerland-trained, UK-based architect and WSET diploma student. I embarked on this wine thingy a couple of years ago and having met several delightful characters or visited riveting places along the way, decided to put this register together . The ambition (at least) is to focus not so much on the technicalities of wine (e.g. describing unripe yet silky tannins), as much as on the human side and the way in which it touches people’s lives.
